We deliver desalination plant projects in close coordination with government entities and utility clients, including Saudi Water Authority (SWA), Saudi Electricity Company (SEC), and Marafiq, contributing to the Kingdom’s strategic objectives under Saudi Vision 2030.
The Procurement Department is structured to meet the rigorous technical, commercial, and compliance requirements of large-scale public and utility-sector projects. Our procurement processes ensure the reliable sourcing of engineered equipment, bulk materials, and specialized services in accordance with client specifications, approved vendor lists, international standards, and applicable Saudi regulations.
We emphasize local content development, supplier qualification, and supply chain resilience while integrating advanced international technologies essential for high-efficiency and sustainable desalination systems. Through comprehensive vendor prequalification, technical and commercial evaluation, quality surveillance, inspection, expediting, and logistics management, we maintain strict control over quality, cost, and delivery schedules.
Working in close coordination with engineering, project management, construction, HSE, and quality teams, the Procurement Department supports risk mitigation, traceability, and lifecycle reliability of critical assets.
